Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 /hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | On-Call Rotation

What We Look For in our Maintenance Technicians
- 2+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC a plus).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly / up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover occasional overtime or nearby properties.
- Basic Computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training (we’ll train you!).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
How You’ll Make an Impact
Every day, you’ll play a vital role in the comfort and care of our residents:
- Bring spaces to life – perform routine and preventative maintenance including painting, drywall repair, carpentry, light plumbing, electrical, flooring, and cleaning to keep apartments move-in ready.
- Care for the grounds – maintain curb appeal through mowing, trimming, flower-bed care, and seasonal snow/ice removal.
- Respond with urgency – complete work orders promptly, communicate with the office team, and rotate for emergency on-call coverage (response within 30 minutes).
- Prioritize Quality & compliance – follow all safety and property standards, keeping documentation and inspections accurate and up to date.
