About the Role

  • Basic Salary: RM2,100 - RM2,500 (Based on experience and qualification)

Duties and Responsibilities

✅ Checking and validating documents

  • To ensure documents submit validate against checklist
  • To ensure mandatory documents and information submit is completed
  • To ensure validation and reconciliation of mandatory documents to maintain accuracy and
    compliance in financial assessments.

✅ Perform Data Entry in FAST and CBS

  • Create CIF in CBS
  • Update CIF for existing customers with latest information
  • To verify minimum data entry, perform by Sales Executive in FAST is accurate, cross-check the entries against the application form and documents submitted.
  • To perform full data entry in FAST.
  • To ensure customer information updated is accurate
  • To check applicants’ eligibility of CCH, CTOS and DSR guidelines
  • To ensure documents uploaded in FAST is correct and clear

✅ Handling of Pending/Incomplete Submission

  • To follow up with Sales Personnel on pending/incomplete documents
  • To request additional documents/information required from CFPC to Sales Personnel and upload them into FAST checklist

✅ Financing Support Officer (FSO) to ensure submission from Sales Personnel meets the Bank’s requirements.

✅ Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior from time to time / as per business requirement.

✅ Ensure adherence and compliance with all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

Job Specifications

Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience.

Years of Experience

  • More than 1 year of experience in various positions within branch operations.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Assertive and innovative team player who is highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful, and results oriented.
