Position Title: Lead Clinician 
Classification:
Registered Nurse Grade 3, Social Worker Grade 2, Occupational Therapist Grade 2. 
Salary per fortnight (exc. super):
$3,385.80 - $4,311.20
Hours per fortnight:
64 - 80 hours (80 hours includes an ADO every 4 weeks)
Employment Status:
Ongoing and Fixed term Full time and Part time positions available

We're looking for a passionate Community Mental Health Clinician to join the Bendigo Adult Community Mental Health Team (BACMHT) at the John Bomford Centre.

In this role, you’ll support adults experiencing mental health challenges by providing assessment, treatment, and recovery-focused care in the community. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you'll:

  • Deliver individualised care and support plans

  • Provide therapy and psychoeducation to clients and families

  • Coordinate with other services and support discharge planning

  • Monitor mental health and medication effects

  • Contribute to community education and awareness
