業務内容
- 所定の手順、メンテナンスプログラム、運転スケジュールに従い、物件全体のエンジニアリング施設の管理監督
- 確立されたポリシーと手順に従い、正確な操作ログを保持する
- シフト中の操作およびメンテナンス活動のログブックを維持する
- 施設管理部長、エンジニアリング・マネージャーへの報告と指定関連業務の遂行

- プロジェクトマネジメントの担当経験をお持ちの方
- 水、空調、電気等の無停電ユーティリティ供給システムの管理経験をお持ちの方
- メンテナンス業務経験をお持ちの方
