 Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LPC, LMSW LMFT, LP, or LLP)

Compensation: $70,000-$106,000 annually; paid bi-weekly
Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time (Non-Exempt) or Full-Time (Exempt) Employee
Schedule: Create your own schedule
Location: This is a hybrid position in Ann Arbor, MI (2-3 days on site required)


Role Summary

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.


Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
  • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Maintaining a schedule of a minimum of 27 clients per week required
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Requirements

 Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD, LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP, or LLP) in Michigan
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to assess and treat adults and adolescents 18+
  • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Ability to provide therapy independently
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
