Through data collection, analysis, and close alignment with cross-functional teams, the CPFR Analyst ensures product availability that meets consumer demand, staying ahead of competitors through proactive planning.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>What you’ll be doing</h3> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts in collaboration with Key Account Managers, aligning on a consensus forecast to enhance sell-out accuracy</li> <li>Monitor market trends, sales performance, and identify key opportunities to adjust plans as needed</li> <li>Track customer purchase plans and propose inventory strategies at the point-of-sale level to ensure optimal stock levels</li> <li>Deliver performance insights and recommendations through the analysis and presentation of KPIs related to sales, inventory health, and supply chain performance</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) and retail partners to align strategies and improve forecast accuracy</li> <li>Drive monthly FCST sessions, leveraging data insights to enhance forecasting accuracy and decision-making</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>We’re excited if you have</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field</li> <li>7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or CPFR-related roles</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills</li> <li>High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools</li> <li>Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, changing environments</li> <li>Experience working with large retailers or in the consumer electronics industry is a plus</li> <li>Strong understanding of retail operations and point-of-sale data analysis</li> <li>Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) preferred</li> </ul> <h6>#LI-DH2</h6><div class="content-conclusion"><h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3> <p>Roku is committed to offering a diverse range of benefits as part of our compensation package to support our employees and their families.
