Job Description

We are growing fast and looking for amazing Customer Care Advisors to join our Robina Contact Centre team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of a large growth period with one of our key Government clients, supporting vulnerable Australians to access important entitlements.

Key Role Details:

  • Hourly rate of $28.74 + 12% Superannuation

  • Monthly incentives of up to $480 (Up to $5,760 per year on a pro-rata basis!)

  • Full Time and Part Time available

  • Multiple March & April start dates

  • Full time paid training - 7 weeks!

  • Monday to Friday rotating roster between 7am - 7pm, occasional Saturday availability required

  • Centrally located next to Robina Town Centre

Who are you?

You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must!

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age

  • Eager to work towards goals and targets 

  • Confident and capable in using computers and systems 

  • Passionate about customer service

  • Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones too

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
