About the Role
<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As Senior Programmatic Marketing Manager in our Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving key consumer activations while implementing a data-driven creative strategy. You will collaborate with market stakeholders to understand local market insights and its implementation in your marketing campaigns while working on a full funnel consumer journey. You will contribute your expertise across 15 Global HelloFresh entities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a performance marketing and experimentation mindset, capable of scaling acquisition and conversion metrics for the channel.</p>

<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Owner of key initiatives across four strategic areas:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><em>Platform Leadership & Innovation</em>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the go-to expert on programmatic, providing strategic guidance on GDN, DemandGen and other key platforms, with a deep understanding of platform mechanics, auction dynamics, and optimization levers.</li>
<li>Anticipate and adapt to platform updates, leveraging industry trends and data insights to drive continuous innovation and stay ahead of the curve.</li>
<li>Collaborate with platform partners to pilot new solutions, enhance measurement capabilities, and improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Advise and collaborate with the Display & Video Campaign Ops team, ensuring platform strategies are optimized with best-in-class practices and advanced ad tech solutions.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><em>Measurement & Testing</em>
<ul>
<li>Lead the testing and measurement strategy across platforms</li>
<li>Develop and refine experimentation frameworks, including creative tests, conversion lift tests, and attribution modeling.</li>
<li>Analyze test results to inform data-driven decisions and uncover new growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with analytics and data teams to continuously enhance measurement methodologies.</li>
<li>Ensure proper budgeting processes, including daily and weekly pacing, are aligned with strategic goals and seasonality.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><em>Automation & Infrastructure</em>
<ul>
<li>Ensure Display & Video infrastructure is optimized, working closely with automation teams to implement scalable solutions.</li>
<li>Own and develop the automation of reporting for performance tracking and measurement.</li>
<li>Partner with internal teams to ensure automation efforts align with overall business objectives and drive operational efficiencies.</li>
<li>Lead automation efforts for catalog ads, refining workflows and automating processes within external platforms.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><em>Tracking</em>
<ul>
<li>Support internal teams in maintaining accurate tracking and performance measurement.</li>
<li>Ensure tracking is correctly set up and manage new tracking requests as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance the tracking infrastructure.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of professional experience in programmatic advertising or working with DSP vendors, programmatic trading desks, digital marketing agencies, ad network, 3rd party data companies or other related digital companies.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in adtech or measurement related topics with experience on Analytics & incrementality testing. </li>
<li>Excellent knowledge and skills of Google: Sheet and Slides - can create reports and presentations for internal and external teams</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills. You will be the go-to-person for multiple marketing and communication teams. Interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success.</li>
<li>Passionate about digital industry and highly digital savvy</li>
