About the Role
<p><strong>Position:</strong> Project Manager<br><strong>Reports to:</strong> Project Executive<br><strong>Location: </strong>Indianapolis, Indiana&nbsp;<br><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$105,000 - $135,000</p><p>We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates.</p><p>Superior is looking for a Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward. The Project Manager is responsible for helping make operations on-site more efficient and will play a key role in our contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. This role is based on a jobsite in Indianapolis, Indiana.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the creation and submission of RFI&rsquo;s, and ensure that all RFI&rsquo;s are integrated into the project documents</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on the lifecycle of the project submittal process</li><li>Support with the creation, submission, and management of change orders</li><li>Capture the progress of our work by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite</li><li>Monitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leaders</li><li>Work closely with the Foreman on delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite</li><li>Lead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stock</li><li>Begin to develop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leader</li></ul><p><strong>Your Character Traits</strong></p><ul><li>You&rsquo;re organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail</li><li>You&rsquo;re a strong communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organization</li></ul><p><strong>Your Expertise</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Required: You have at least 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management or equivalent field management experience</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Bonus Points: You earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Bonus Points: You&rsquo;re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M to $50M</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Bonus Points: You have extensive knowledge in construction management software</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Bonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Bonus Points: You have a current City of Indianapolis Master-Unrestricted Electrical License (or one from a reciprocal jurisdiction)</li></ul><p><strong>Our Benefits</strong></p><p>We offer a range of professional and personal perks that you can enjoy as a member of Superior.
