The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in CPI integration, SFAPI, and SuccessFactors to ECC replication. This is an onsite role requiring travel based on client requirements.</p><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Design, configure, and implement SAP ECP solutions to meet client payroll processing requirements.</li><li>Manage integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) and SAP ECP, ensuring smooth data flow and system compatibility.</li><li>Develop and maintain CPI integrations and SFAPI connections for seamless payroll processing and employee data management.</li><li>Work on replication processes from SF EC to SAP ECC, ensuring accurate data mapping and synchronization.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in SuccessFactors, CPI, and SAP ECP environments.</li><li>Provide technical and functional expertise on SAP ECP and HCM Payroll modules, addressing payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Finance to streamline payroll and HCM operations.</li><li>Conduct training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases for system enhancements and configurations.</li><li>Support system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization to enhance SAP ECP capabilities.</li><li>Willingness to travel onsite as per client project requirements.</li></ul><div><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related fields.</li><li>6+ years of relevant experience in SAP ECP, SuccessFactors, and HCM Payroll.</li><li>Expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SFAPI for seamless integration.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ECC replication.</li><li>Experience with SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Payroll Control Center (PCC) is a plus.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in SAP ECP.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is an added advantage.</li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;"><br></p>
