Role Overview:

  • Develops overall brand strategies and marketing plans, and recommends appropriate touch points: Above and Below the Line (ATL and BTL), Digital, and Ethical
  • Ensures on time and full implementation of brand programs as aligned to the brand's strategies
  • Manages brand budgets to deliver brand objectives, while ensuring cost effectiveness of programs
  • Analyzes the sales trend and inventory of the brand, and identifies opportunities and risks, as well as appropriate interventions
  • Aligns with the Demand and Supply Teams in identifying supply risks and opportunities, as well as key interventions to support the Monthly Sales and Operations Planning

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Media and Communications, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent
  • With 2-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Field Operations or Business Development
  • Has an understanding of the Profit and Loss (P&L) and the different financial measures (Sales, Cost of Goods Sold, Ratios, Operating Income)
  • With excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Is diligent, highly strategic, and detail-oriented
