About the Role
<div><strong>United Elevators</strong> is seeking a motivated <strong>Service Sales Engineer&nbsp;</strong>to promote and sell elevator maintenance contracts.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></div><div>-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.</div><div>-2–4 years of experience in the elevators industry or service sales.</div><div>-Strong understanding of elevator systems and maintenance procedures.</div><div>-Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Job Responsibilities :</u></strong></div><div><br></div><p>-Sell elevator maintenance contracts to new and existing clients.</p><p>-Assess client sites and recommend suitable service solutions.</p><p>-Prepare and present technical and financial proposals.</p><p>-Work with technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility.</p><p>-Identify new leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.</p><p>-Use CRM tools to manage client data, track leads, and monitor sales activities.</p><p>-Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.</p><p>-Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals.</p><p>-Provide after-sales support and coordinate with technical teams.</p><p>-Finalize contracts and ensure smooth handover to operations.</p><p>-Keep accurate sales records and regularly report performance to management.</p><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Working Conditions: </u></strong></div><ul><li>Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM</li><li>Fridays &amp; Saturdays are off</li><li>Work Location: New Cairo, 3rd Settlement, The Industrial Area.</li></ul><div><u><br></u></div><div><strong><u>Compensation and Benefits Package: </u></strong></div><ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Medical insurance coverage.</li><li>A dynamic work environment within a growing international company.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Company Website:&nbsp;</strong>http://www.unitedelevators.net/</div>
