The Platform Engineering team is at the forefront of building our modern cloud infrastructure and technology platform. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and frameworks to design highly scalable, resilient systems that power our AI-driven solutions. This is an opportunity to tackle fascinating technical challenges, implement best-in-class engineering practices, and build the technological backbone that will support our rapid growth and innovation. 

Responsibilities: 

• Take full ownership of infrastructure applications and developer experience, continuously identifying and implementing improvements to accelerate R&D team velocity while maintaining high quality standards
• Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to design and build scalable infrastructure components and processes that enable fast, reliable development cycles and platform extensibility
• Be a key member of our Backend Engineering Guild, championing best practices, introducing cutting-edge tools and infrastructure components, and providing technical guidance through design reviews
• Support and mentor team members with a collaborative mindset, helping colleagues overcome technical challenges and grow their expertise
• Establish engineering excellence standards and inspire the broader team to adopt innovative approaches and proven methodologies. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development - must 
• 3+ years of experience in microservices environments handling high traffic systems 
• Must have experience with Kubernetes and Cloud 
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases 
• BSc or BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience from technological unit 
• Previous experience in platform or infrastructure teams - a plus 
• Previous experience in cybersecurity - a plus.
