About the role:

 

We're looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join our team at the HomeWorld Leppington Display Village. At Rawson Group, we believe in Building Better Together and that starts with you, where you’ll help turn families dreams into reality. As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face at our display homes, delivering first-class service and showcasing our beautiful homes. The senior Sales Associate gathers and qualifies sales leads, answers and updates clients’ queries and provide details to the Sales Consultants. You will also partner with the warranty team to maintain our lovely display homes, ensuring they are presentable, polished and have a little extra sparkle. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • To provide general sales support by qualifying potential leads and passing on to the Sales Consultant
  • Host customers in the display centre and explain products, options, inclusions and features
  • Answer customer enquiries through various methods such as telephone, email etc
  • Qualify leads and pass onto the Sales Consultant
  • Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry partners
  • Provide operational support for our display homes by opening/ closing and general appearance to showcase our products to best possible standard
  • Be a Rawson Group brand ambassador, share our content, current promotions and achievements
  • Weekend and public holiday availability is essential

 

About You:

 

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

  • NSW REA Assistant Agent Certificate (preferred but not essential)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or a customer service role
  • Prior experience in residential sales or understanding of construction / home building is preferred
  • Passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales activity - Salesforce experience is highly regarded
  • A team player who also enjoys working independently
