About the Role

Sentrycs is a fast paced, fast-growing startup whose mission is to keep society protected from the rapidly growing drone security threats.

With hundreds of systems deployed worldwide, we help protect critical infrastructures, airports, borders, armies and more, by constantly monitoring the skies detecting rogue drones and surgically neutralizing them using proprietary cyber technologies.

As we expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales (Sales Engineer) to partner with our sales executives and support our sales process to Homeland Security, Army, and Government clients in APAC (Mainly, Singapore, Thailand Taiwan)

The role requires strong customer engagement skills, bridging the gap between client requirements and solution design, crafting compelling solutions, bringing filed insights to R&D and delivery teams. Conducting filed demonstrations and ensuring successful customer engagements.

 

What will you do?


·        Partner with our sales executives and our resellers and lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle.

·        Become a trusted advisor for our prospects, understand their operational requirements, challenges, and objectives and articulate Sentrycs offerings as a compelling fit for their needs and maintain a collaborative relationship with them.

·        Deliver compelling technical presentations, live demos and proof-of-concepts - including filed hardware deployment and troubleshooting.

·        Manage the RFPs and tender processes and write technical documentation

·        Advocate customer’s needs to product and engineering teams

·        Stay current with product updates, competition and industry trends.

·        Own field data, keeping it accurate, and actionable using CRM and other tools



Requirements

You should have:

·        Native English (Must; Mandarin and additional languages an Advantage)

·        Residence in Singapore (preferred).

·        3+ years of Pre-Sales experience (preferred).

·        Strong technical skills – a technical degree (preferred)

·        Strong problem solving and prioritization skills (Must)

·        Strong presentation skills, and ability to present in front of audience (Must)

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Must)

·        Experience working with international customers, preferably from HLS / Army / Government and other security domains (Advantage)

·        Experience with Electronics and Radio communications (Advantage)

·        Technical and tactical military / HLS experience (Advantage)

·        Experience in flying drones (Advantage)

·        Strong customer service orientation 

·        Comfortable with Multitasking, working in a global (multiple time-zones) startup environment with high ambiguity and rapid changes.

·        Willingness to travel up to 50%
