We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technical Pre-Sales Engineer to work alongside our sales division. In this role, you’ll be expected to play a critical part in driving business growth amongst our global sales divisions by providing top-notch technical guidance and support during the sales process- including but not limited to our Account Executives, Account Managers, and Business Partnership unit. Your deep understanding of the IT industry, as well as Atera’s products, will empower you to effectively support the sales partners achieve their targets.
This role combines multiple layers of expertise- working with business partners across multiple regions, acting as a technical advisor and solution engineer in sales deals, collaboration with the various departments in the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of Atera's products, features, and value proposition
- Join sales reps on product Demo’s to complement their sales process, present and answer technical inquiries and demo technical solutions on calls with prospects
- Management and Maintenance of demo environments
- Collaborate offline cross-departmentally to obtain resolution to prospect requirements- From support to Product and R&D- you’ll be expected to build relationships with your colleagues in order to leverage your resources for product know-how and ultimate technical resolution
- Ability to manage many projects/ tasks simultaneously in an organized fashion in order to support the various sales reps and prospect opportunities you’ll be working on
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to IT services, remote monitoring and management (RMM), and professional services automation (PSA).
- Act as technical contact for scripting, implementation and other technical matters
- A portion of this position may require your assistance in creating materials, assets, and/or webinars with the Enablement team

Requirements
- Passion and excitement for Technology, AI, and everything in between. Pre-sales is an art form and you need to be driven by your excitement for new developments.
- 3+ years experience in a technical presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting role
- Strong technical background and understanding of IT services, RMM, PSA, cloud-based solutions, scripting and IT infrastructure
- Fluent English - oral and written communication skills a must
- Additional Languages (Advantage- Preference for Spanish)
- Work week is Monday-Friday
- Sales background (Advantage but not required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel (occasional conferences and or partner site visits)
- Positive can-do approach who thrives working on solo projects but also enjoys the ride with his team and colleagues
- Availability to work Monday- Friday
This position is solely for our Tel Aviv office, with a Monday to Friday work week.
