Replenishment Supervisor

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About The Team:</span></strong></p> <p>The Replenishment and Production team are responsible for ingredient, inventory, and box preparation. As a Stock Movement Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the correct ingredient and inventory is available timeously to all out active production lines between Kitting and Assembly. You will supervise a team of Replenishment Operatives ensuring everything is prepared and managed to support our Production team. You'll be responsible for allocating operatives to the line, and work closely with our Line Leaders and Shift Managers</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></span></p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Production line set up and clear-down activities</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Replenishment of stock on lines - refilling appropriate line positions with correct stock in the correct positions at start of shift and for each changeover</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Allocating Replenishment staff onto lines</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Carry out regular checks of stock levels to ensure sufficient stock of all required ingredients is available</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Check and challenge the quality of ingredients</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Work closely with the Team Leaders and Replenishes to ensure lines are well stocked with correct Sku's</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Adherence to basic Food safety standards and understanding FEFO Requirements of specific Sku variations</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Auditing Health and Safety and promoting safe working practices inline with SOP's</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Working closely with QC Teams to understand root cause of issues and coach teams accordingly.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proactively ensure no shortages and prepare next line for production team</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Train and develop Replenishment Operatives promoting an excellence culture</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Keen eye for detail with replenishment/Lead Op/Warehouse experience</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Energy, enthusiasm, positive, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Basic Knowledge of WMS Systems</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent communicator</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong work ethic</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Quick and effective problem solver</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Work well under pressure</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Able to work autonomously and with a team</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you will get in return:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes</li> <li>Company pension scheme</li> <li>Gym membership</li> <li>Bupa private medical insurance (including dental &amp; family cover options)</li> <li>Electric vehicle scheme</li> <li>Mental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme</li> <li>Dog friendly office!
