About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance and manage corrective maintenance for workshop machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct annual stocktakes and ensure accountability for workshop equipment and spare inventory.
  • Implement lock-out tag-out procedures for defective equipment and manage segregation of serviceable and unserviceable spares.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment, including last servicing dates, repair histories, and next service schedules.
  • Perform the indent, return, or disposal of spares in compliance with SAP processes and organizational procedures.
  • Coordinate with workshops for repairable items and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure accountability and proper handling of spares within workshops.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC ior NTC n Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance or supply chain functions.
  • Proficient in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Strong documentation and filing skills for efficient storage management.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Willing to work overtime and on weekends as required.
  • Forklift license will be an advantage.

  • Location: Pioneer Sector (Daily Transportation Reimbursed To and Fro)
  • 5 days work week
  • Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
