We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and responsible Executive Assistant to support Global Tech’s CEO.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a “can-do” mindset. The right candidate will help manage both professional and personal tasks, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

Location: Tel Aviv - Hybrid model, with at least 3 days per week in the office. You’ll be working alongside a passionate team of amazing people in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and report directly to Global Tech CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling- Manage a complex calendar that combines business and personal commitments across multiple time zones (Israel, US, Australia).
- Meeting Participation- Join selected meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, productive collaboration, and continuity.
- Administrative & Operational Support - Such as travel arrangements, events coordination, expense management, document preparation, etc.
- Daily Life Management - Assist with personal and logistical tasks, especially in Hebrew-speaking environments, e.g., coordination with professionals (such as service providers), government offices, etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative, operations, office, or customer-facing roles
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hebrew (both spoken and written).
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work late hours aligned with the CEO’s schedule (12:00–20:00 IL, with occasional evening calls).
