And yes—there’s also free food that your mum, doctor, and nutritionist will approve of.</p><hr><h3><strong>Role: Finance – Payables</strong></h3><p>As part of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the accounts payable function to ensure smooth operations across vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payment processes—all while fueling one of India’s fastest-growing FMCG brands.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Manage end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice validation, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) while processing payables.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.</p></li><li><p>Prepare periodic reports on payables aging, cash flow planning, and vendor outstanding.</p></li><li><p>Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and reconciliations.</p></li><li><p>Drive process improvements, automation, and controls within the payables function.</p></li><li><p>Build strong vendor relationships to ensure credibility and trust in financial operations.</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).</p></li><li><p>2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing industry.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally).</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3><ul><li><p>A high-growth, mission-driven work environment with significant autonomy.</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to shape and streamline financial processes in a rapidly scaling FMCG brand.</p></li><li><p>A culture that values respect, innovation, and growth.</p></li><li><p>Free, healthy (and tasty!) food stocked up at all times.</p></li></ul>
