Reporting into the Senior Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Automation Engineers in one of the UK's fastest growing food companies!&nbsp;</p> <p>You'll be expected to drive excellent standards, improve processes and enhance efficiency whilst mentoring your team, to ensure we provide an exceptional product to our hungry customers, each and every delivery.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and provide leadership to a team of Automation Engineers, Reliability Engineers and Junior Engineers</li> <li>Coaching, guiding and mentoring at all levels of the shift</li> <li>Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedule to minimise downtime and maximise equipment reliability</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs</li> <li>Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts, equipment upgrades, and technical support</li> <li>Lead route cause analysis processes and continuous improvement projects</li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of automation systems, material handling equipment, and warehouse management systems</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders cross functionally</li> <li>Strong and evident leadership and people management experience</li> <li>Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse or manufacturing environment</li> <li>Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in an automated manufacturing or distribution center environment</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li> <li>Good understanding of data reporting to the business&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Next steps</strong>: Your application will be reviewed and if successful, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch within 2 weeks.</p> <p>You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.
