Salary Range: $125,000 To $165,000 (USD) Annually

As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on public works projects that shape local communities, everything from water systems and stormwater management to parks, sidewalks, and stream restoration. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to our municipal clients, manage design and construction phases, and mentor talented team members.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Lead the design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements
- Serve as the primary contact and advisor to cities, districts, and public agencies
- Oversee project teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Prepare technical reports and communicate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies
- Help shape community infrastructure throughout Washington and Oregon
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license
- 10+ years of relevant utility or public infrastructure experience
- Proven project management and client relationship skills
- Strong background in stormwater, transportation, and utility design
- Experience with TESC, grading, water/sewer system design, and site improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
- Passion for sustainability and environmental impact
- Familiarity with Northwest regulations and permitting processes
