About the Role
<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As a CRM Campaign Manager, Deliverability, you will be a part of the Global CRM Operations Team and will be responsible for the execution of the CRM strategy across more than 30 international markets and brands. You will join the CRM Deliverability team to optimize CRM campaigns to reach deliverability KPIs with a high analytical and strategic focus. You will work closely with the CRM Strategy and Product Teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of global strategy and operational activities.</p>

<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and troubleshoot deliverability challenges using known deliverability metrics performance and propose actionable measures to mitigate them</li>
<li>Internally educate and advocate on deliverability updates, trends and topics with crm stakeholders and colleagues</li>
<li>Identify opportunity areas based on email and customer data to create actionable strategies that enhance overall inbox placement</li>
<li>Exercise proactivity and work autonomously in an agile environment</li>
<li>Monitor the campaign performance (espec. for deliverability KPIs) and proactively suggest improvements to campaigning and strategic teams.</li>
<li>Understand requests created by our CRM strategy team and help bring them to life by translating them into our CRM platform.</li>
<li>Implement cross-channel CRM campaigns from segmentation over message creation to the parametrization and quality assurance of the campaign (possible channels include email, push notification, in-app messages, SMS, printed direct mail).</li>
<li>Pioneer the deployment of complex new campaign journeys and enable other team members to rebuild the setup.</li>
<li>Take full ownership of the campaigns you create and ensure that the communication meets HelloFresh's standards.</li>
<li>Proactively suggest and set up AB tests to constantly improve campaign relevant KPIs.</li>
<li>Take responsibility for identifying CRM trends and initiating projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate with various stakeholders from the Global Marketing Team.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in CRM, especially in the execution of CRM campaigns.</li>
<li>Knowledge in customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, list management, and other metrics that affect email deliverability.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues that affect email delivery, conduct audits, use monitoring tools, and enforce email best practices.</li>
<li>Project management experience & attention to detail is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Analytical and critical thinking skills combined with good presentation and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving/fast-growth environment.</li>
<li>Full professional English proficiency.</li>
