The Operation Clerk provides clerical support to ensure smooth operations within the warehouse. Responsibilities include data entry, coordinating with parties, handling accounts, and supporting inventory monitoring.

Your Role:
-
Provide clerical support to the department (e.g., data entry, data updates, filing regularly)

Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth & efficient operation
-
Assist in handling accounts and administrative work
-
Maintain good relationships with customers for inquiries, requests, and follow-up actions
-
Support inventory monitoring and goods delivery schedule
-
Handle daily in/outbound operation arrangements to ensure on-time delivery
-
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
To succeed in this role:
-
F.5 / DSE or above
-
1-2 years of logistics/warehouse experience, preferably in B2C warehouse experience
-
Communication, negotiation, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
-
Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
-
Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. MS Office, Excel, Outlook; Good knowledge of WMS.

Immediate availability is highly preferred
-
Willing to work overtime, and will be entitled to OT pay
