About the Role

Your Role:

  • Provide clerical support to the department (e.g., data entry, data updates, filing regularly)

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth & efficient operation

  • Assist in handling accounts and administrative work

  • Maintain good relationships with customers for inquiries, requests, and follow-up actions

  • Support inventory monitoring and goods delivery schedule

  • Handle daily in/outbound operation arrangements to ensure on-time delivery

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

To succeed in this role:

  • F.5 / DSE or above

  • 1-2 years of logistics/warehouse experience, preferably in B2C warehouse experience

  • Communication, negotiation, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

  • Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin

  • Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. MS Office, Excel, Outlook; Good knowledge of WMS.

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

  • Willing to work overtime, and will be entitled to OT pay
