What will you be doing?

Lead end-to-end projects from requirements gathering to successful delivery
Work closely with the Finance department to identify business-financial needs and translate them into practical solutions
Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, and communicate them effectively to development teams
Evaluate and understand financial processes within a complex technological and regulatory landscape
Support business decision-making through data-driven analysis and insights
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure implemented solutions deliver measurable business value and contribute to organizational objectives

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong Advantage: Background from Big-4 companies
Strong "can-do" mindset with proven ability to drive projects to completion
Experience working collaboratively on projects with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, concise messages for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High technological proficiency
Familiarity with SQL and Azure – Advantage
Strong understanding of trading and financial markets
Knowledge of financial regulatory and audit requirements
Early adoption of new technologies, including AI tools, to improve workflows and outcomes
