Project Management & Execution

• Ensure completion of Jaisalmer project, within time with budgeted cost and with no compromise on scope and quality. • Defined scope for individual is- (A) Timely completion of erection in BRU & Truck tippler, Stacker Reclaimer, Baghouse, Ducting, Coal Mill, Cement Mill, Clinker Silo, Belt conveyors, Bucket elevators and hopper building. (B) Fabrication of Duct, Hooper, Bin Galleries, Cyclones (C) Looking after department all purchase requisition, NFA’s and material requirements. (D) Department monthly presentation preparation, MIS preparation of department. (E) Monitoring and timely completion of drawing related issues with coordination with drawing department. • Maintain complete oversight on functioning of GU Project function, review project and monitor timeliness and quality of project execution, resource utilization, actual vs. estimated project cost, and timely escalation of issues. Estimate costing with site teams. • Responsible to check all material received before GRN • Ensure priority list of material during project • Follow up with engineering team for any modifications in projects • Provide input to civil department for material coming in 4-5 days Contractor Management • Drive conceptualization and establishment of project management and execution processes like contracting, work ordering, work certification, bill approvals, completion, handover, post-handover works and monitor compliance • Ensure capable vendor/supplier panel for project execution Safety & Statutory Compliances • Ensure compliance to safety and environmental norms, ensure 0 incidents/accidents • Observe safety/statuary requirements for plant and associated equipment's within budgeted cost and time frame • Ensure necessary approval from Construction Head Projects, resolve any queries they may have and coordinate all site
