About the Role

Conducting daily TBT and manpower allocation  Taking work permits and LOTOTO for jobs and renewal whenever required  Planning of manpower and day today plant up keeping work  To run equipment with zero breakdown and achieve maximum production.  Planning of Capex execution job  Involved in site execution of Project job.  Daily walk by inspection of equipment  Responsible for plant shift for smooth operation of plant.  Rectifying problems of running plant and solve them in time there by preventing stoppage.  Knowledge in PM module in SAP and ensuring effective utilization of SAP for Inspection and maintenance schedule.  Co-ordination with inter dept. to carry out shift requirements.  Identification of Near-miss and Hazards & Corrective action to be done for Hazards & near-miss for improving safety in plant.  Responsible to improve the skill level of team.  WBI – Rawmill and Decolorizer Section.  Daily shift report updated in SAP.  Maintenance of Air Compressor.  Maintenance of Water Pumps.  Maintenance of Emergency Engine & Loco.
