About the Role
<p>As Head of Marketing, you will be accountable for leading HelloFresh Marketing for the US. You’ll connect product narratives to commercial performance while strengthening brand identity, orchestrating PR and creative campaigns, and ensuring customer insights power&nbsp; creative, product and growth strategy. This is a <strong>builder role</strong> for a leader who’s comfortable rolling up sleeves, coaching teams, and shipping high-leverage work quickly.</p> <p>Your mission is to:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Build and protect the HelloFresh brand</strong> in the US, ensuring distinctive positioning, compelling campaigns, and strong brand equity (measured by awareness, consideration, preference, and NPS).</li> <li><strong>Drive profitable growth</strong> by owning the customer journey from acquisition through retention and LTV (measured by CAC, payback, ARPU, and retention curves).</li> <li><strong>Translate consumer insights</strong> into creative briefs, PR narratives, and go-to-market plays that connect brand storytelling to commercial outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Work with the product team</strong> to refine its positioning on key features and translate consumer insights into new products that deliver strong business results.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You will...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own brand health and P&amp;L outcomes, balancing creative brand building with rigorous, data-driven growth.</li> <li>Lead segmentation, ICPs, and JTBD programs that inform roadmap and channel/message strategy. Own positioning &amp; messaging frameworks and value propositions for our portfolio; validate via research, creative tests, and funnel performance.</li> <li>Orchestrate GTM with Product, Brand/Creative, Ops, and central teams; publish playbooks and enable local execution.</li> <li>Maintain a living competitive &amp; category map; drive response plans (feature/story/offer).</li> <li>Own the acquisition→activation→retention continuum across paid/owned/earned (paid social/search, affiliates/partners, creators/influencers, TV/OTT/audio, SEO/GEO/content, referrals, CRM).</li> <li>Set media mix &amp; budget steering with Analytics/Finance using MMM/MTA insights and incrementality tests; shift spend toward true lift.</li> <li>Translate consumer insights into <strong>creative briefs</strong> that guide campaigns, content, and partnerships.
