We are seeking an Experienced UXR to help uncover insights that shape product strategy and deliver meaningful experiences to our diverse user base. In this position, you’ll work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to create a deep understanding of our audience’s needs, uncover opportunities in the marketplace, and add measurable business value. You’ll conduct primary research, evangelize user-centered design practices, and help us democratize research across monday.com. This is a unique opportunity to see your research make a real change in the way teams execute and define product direction.

While your expertise spans the full breadth of UXR, experience working with AI-enabled or data-driven products will give you additional perspective on how emerging technologies can best serve users.

About The Role

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align understanding of our customers and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Plan and execute with a variety of research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and concept evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with managers, product managers, designers, developers, and analysts to bring the voice of the user into everyday decisions.
  • Apply a user-centered lens to a wide range of projects—from optimizing existing experiences to exploring brand new opportunities.
  • Help teams access and apply past insights, building a culture of learning and evidence-based design.
  • Lead mixed-methods research studies end-to-end, from framing questions to synthesizing insights and driving recommendations.
  • Apply your knowledge of AI user experiences —helping teams design products that are both intelligent and human-centered.
  • Work with the UXR team to enable non-researchers to conduct high-quality research—through guidance, lightweight training, and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in user research, with a proven record of shaping product outcomes.
  • Background in working with cross-functional, agile teams.
  • Demonstrated impact of research insights on product direction.
  • Experience in driving UXR impact with in ambiguous product spaces
  • Proficiency in multiple research methods, and judgment to know when to use them.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, able to distill complexity into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with AI- or data-driven products is a plus, but not required.
  • Degree in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
