Job Description
1.Assist customers in resolving technical issues during product implementation
2.Support customers in reviewing hardware circuits
3.Help customers address application issues related to hardware, firmware, and software
4.Monitor customer usage and product performance
5.Collaborate with the marketing team on product promotion
6.Communicate across departments and coordinate resources for strategic planning and project execution
7.Provide technical support for product applications, design suggestions, and firmware/software issue analysis within the department
8.Be familiar with product knowledge relevant to the industry
9.Beta Site Engagement
10.Use equipment and instruments (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters) to assist customers in troubleshooting
