What You’ll Do:
• Provide patient-centered care throughout the full perinatal spectrum: labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Monitor labor progress, support vaginal and cesarean births, and respond to obstetric and neonatal emergencies
• Provide care for clean surgical cases within the unit
• Educate and support families with postpartum recovery and newborn care
• Collaborate closely with providers, pediatric teams, and anesthesiology
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Current RN license in Vermont
- BLS certification
- NRP (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
Preferred:
- 1+ year of acute care nursing experience
- Experience in L&D, postpartum, newborn care, or surgical recovery
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring
- STABLE certification
- BSN (or actively enrolled in a BSN program)

OSHA Category I - Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues require use of techniques of Universal Precautions as evidenced with blood borne pathogens standards.

Compensation Disclosure in Accordance with Vermont Act 155

The listed range represents the pay scale reasonably expected for a successful candidate based on factors such as relevant experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
