About the Role

Transactional Real Estate Attorney

Mount Laurel, NJ


Parker McCay P.A., a premier NJ-regional firm with over 100 years of top-level legal representation, is seeking an experienced transactional Real Estate Attorney for its Mt. Laurel, NJ office. 

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling a variety of real estate and related transactions involving both private and public sector clients including public agencies, private developers, institutional investors, commercial property owners and community property associations.


Job Responsibilities:

· Represent clients through a variety of real estate transactions, purchase and sale agreements, development and re-development projects, leases, easements, financing, and related real estate instruments.

· Advise clients on zoning, land use, and other regulatory matters including condemnation matters, public contracts, and regulatory frameworks.

· Conduct and manage due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental reviews.

· Landlord-tenant matters.

· This role will also work closely and collaborate with attorneys across practice areas including land use, municipal law, governmental, public finance, school, and construction.

· NJ license required, PA and/or NY a plus 


Salary range of $110K-$175K
