About the Position:
Orbis Clinical, part of Epic Staffing Group, is looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role is responsible for building a robust talent pipeline and navigating the seamless transition from candidate identification to hire. This position follows a night shift schedule and operates under a remote work setup, with some days required onsite.

What You'll Do:
Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies, client needs, and methods that will achieve the highest order fill rates.
Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits.
Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
Create and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Identify candidates' critical success factors by utilizing effective interview techniques, including behavioral and situational questions.
What You Bring:
Two years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
Using Specialized Technology: Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
Action & Results Focus: Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
Self-Management: Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
Informing: Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience.
Customer Focus: Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
