About the Role

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Ad Operations Team. This role will act as a critical link between internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless campaign setup, execution, optimization and performance of advertising campaigns. 

Please Note

  • This role requires you to be present in our offices in Pinheiros 3X a week
  • The majority of the interviews will be conducted via Zoom


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing video platforms (GAM, Xandr, Pubmatic, Magnite) - this is a must. 
  • Experience communicating directly with clients, resolving challenges, and delivering value through strategic conversations.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong eye for detail and a drive for operational excellence.
  • Analytical skills and ability to monitor and identify trends in campaigns campaign data analysis, optimisation and reporting.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, tasks and deadlines and deliver results on time. 
  • Collaborative team player who actively contributes to a positive team culture and cross-functional success.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - is a must. Portuguese - mother tongue.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Launch: prepare, set up and launch campaigns with clear, timely and strategic communication to align internal teams
  • Monitor & Optimize: campaign delivery, performance, make proactive optimizations to meet or exceed KPIs. Actively troubleshoot campaign issues such as discrepancies, delivery inconsistencies, and creative rendering problems.
  • Reports & Analysis: compile reports and data analysis, contribute to best practices while driving continuous improvement in campaign execution standards.
  • Hands on support: Collaborate directly with the Business Relations team to ensure campaign alignment with client objectives and strategic business goals.
