Your Team:

The Mobile team’s mission is to build cutting-edge development tools and SDKs that empower developers to enhance accessibility of mobile applications from day one. Our products integrate seamlessly into developer workflows, enabling automated accessibility checks and accelerating the delivery of inclusive mobile experiences.

We’re looking for an experienced iOS Engineer with a deep passion for UI research, accessibility, and solving complex engineering challenges. If you want to shape cutting-edge accessibility tools and bring meaningful impact to millions of users worldwide, Evinced is the right place for you.

Your Impact:

• End-to-end ownership of features and fixes, from discovery and research to production release.
• Research and exploration of iOS UI elements and rendering processes, producing insights and prototypes.
• Design and development of tools and SDKs for scanning complex mobile applications.
• Documentation of research findings, architecture decisions, and technical designs to support cross-team alignment.
• Act as the engineering team’s representative in client meetings, ensuring concerns are captured and clear actions are defined.
• Contribution to continuous improvements in CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and developer experience.

Requirements

Your Qualities:

• 5+ years of hands-on iOS development (Swift/SwiftUI).
• Strong expertise in iOS UI components, with proficiency in unit and UI testing.
• Ability to independently conduct in-depth technical research and translate findings into prototypes or working solutions.
• Skilled in writing clear technical design documents and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies, including React Native or Flutter.
• Capable of breaking down complex work into clear deliverables and reliably meeting timelines.

Nice To Have:

• Practical knowledge in at least one additional mobile platform: Android, Flutter, or React Native.
• Knowledge of Rust.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and mobile A11Y practices.

Our offices are located in Tel Aviv, near the Hashalom train station and the Yehudit light rail station, with on-site parking available. We offer a hybrid work model with flexible working hours.
