About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Business Applications Analyst to join our team and take ownership of the technical implementation, configuration, and integration of our financial and operational systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working directly inside the systems, building integrations, and enabling process automation across the organization.


About The Role

  • Implement and support our planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions (EPM).
  • Support and enhance Compensation systems (sales incentives, bonus structures, partner commissions).
  • Configure and customize ERP (NetSuite) modules in addition to other financial systems to support Finance and Procurement
  • Leverage AI technologies to enhance business processes and foster innovation.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Finance, Sales, Legal, CS, Procurement and IT to map, analyze, and optimize complex business processes. 
  • Serve as an Application System Administrator, overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and documentation of various information systems, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Perform SQL queries, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity across systems.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in ERP/Business Applications implementation and support (NetSuite ERP – advantage).
  • Hands-on experience with EPM systems (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle PBCS, etc.) – advantage.
  • Experience with Compensation systems (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, SAP Commissions, etc.) – advantage.
  • Proficiency in integration platforms (Workato, Make, Boomi, etc.) and APIs.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL and ability to run queries for analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to perform in multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a global environment.
