IC Civil JOB

Responsible to oversee the execution and planning of projects with managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and budget, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards and manage resources.

Main accountabilities: Requirements and skills• Work in close coordination with the Site Team under supervision of the Head of Organization & Oversee the Work of Vendors to Achieve Best Quality.
• Interpretation of Drawings ensuring Optimum Utilization of Resources to ensure Cost Effectiveness.
• Should have Emphasis on Maintaining High Quality throughout the Project.
• Close Coordination with all vendors, attending to All the Problems that arise during Construction.
• Provides guidance to entry level engineers.
• Having Knowledge of Concrete Mix design and QA/QC for Civil construction.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.
• Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates.
• Complete required technical, regulatory documents.
• Checking Bills and Bar Bending Schedules of Vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed on-time and within the specified budget.
• Ensuring that Safety Measures are not Compromised by Vendors, Labours during work.

Minimum Degree: Engineering degree/ Diploma
• Minimum Years / Type of experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Industrial Projects & Cement Industries. • Area-specific knowledge: o Basic knowledge of SAP & MS Office o Project Site Management
