JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

Assist Program Director with day to day on-site oversight and operation of the after school program.
Oversee ratios and combining of classrooms at the end of day.
Oversee implementation of curriculum and daily schedule.
Oversee cleaning of classrooms at the end of day.
Covering staff absences.
Provide support to staff for development and training under direction from Program Director and Education & Training Coordinator.
Oversee completion of progress reports 1x year.
Assist Program Director with departures and outgoing buses.
Assist with the promotion of company and school age child care programs to the community.
Update classroom required postings.
Bring all concerns to the Program Director.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

Suitable BRC
At least 20 years old
12 months of supervised Out-of-School time work experience as a Group Leader
2:30PM-5:30PM
