Janitorial Site Supervisor
Part-Time
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:15pm-6:45pm
Tuesday, Friday: 5:15pm-7:30pm

Join The Kennedy Collective, a mission-driven nonprofit serving people with disabilities across Connecticut for more than 75 years. As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, you’ll lead work crews, ensure contract compliance, and provide hands-on cleaning and job training to individuals in our Janitorial Enterprise.This is a working supervisor role. You’ll lead by example while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and direct janitorial workers at assigned sites
- Ensure all contract specifications and quality standards are met
- Perform hands-on cleaning (sweeping, mopping, buffing, carpet care, strip/wax floors)
- Train and coach individuals served in competitive employment skills
- Complete required documentation and reports
- Travel to assigned worksites as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years experience in janitorial, maintenance, or supervising work crews preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Ability to work independently with strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate cleaning equipment
