About the Role
 

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support project schedules and trustee onboarding activities.  

 

Your Role

  • Project Scheduling and Trustee Onboarding Support: Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment of prioritization, resource allocation, and schedules.
  • Lead the execution of trustee onboarding activities during the data migration phase, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on progress and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, proactively addressing any onboarding challenges that may arise.
  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation to streamline the process for upcoming schemes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project records and assist in providing regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and potential risks.
  • Roster: Support the roster and work in shift during critical testing period and system go live period 
 

 

To Succeed in this Role

  • Bachelor Degree or above

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management or related fields. 

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to project goals. 

  • Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience in data migration or IT projects is a plus. 

  • Willingness to learn and troubleshoot issues with analytical thinking. 

  • Strong presentation skills and capable to deliver message in a concise manner 

  • CAny relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM or Agile) are a plus but not required.
