About the Role

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Operations Support Specialist to join our team during after-hours shift (1430-2400). This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our operational efficiency while providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide after-hours operational support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues promptly and effectively
  • Monitor and manage system alerts, escalations, and incident reports during designated shifts
  • Document and track support activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
  • Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance and quality standards

Requirements

 Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in operations support, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suites
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during after-hours  shifts
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • Prior experience in logistics and familiarity with cross-border operations, preferred
