About the Role

Associates in our corporate group advise clients in some of Israel's largest M&A, capital markets and investment and financing transactions. Our clients range from entrepreneurs, start-ups, and technology companies, to venture capital funds, strategic buyers, and major private equity funds. We assist clients in all stages of their transactions, including drafting transaction documents, negotiations, due diligence, and providing legal advice.

Our corporate associates take an active role in some of the most significant transactions in the market, representing innovative and pioneering companies from Israel and abroad, and helping them achieve their business goals and make their technological ideas a reality.

Option to work from our offices in Ramat Gan or Jerusalem.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience as a corporate attorney
High English proficiency level
Ability to work as part of a team
Readiness to work in a dynamic environment
High service orientation
Strong interpersonal skills
