About the Role

The Role

This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions in accordance with statutoryrequirements, company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Vice President and will be responsible for finance, reporting and operation of Mapletree Investments Japan KK / Mapletree Management Services Japan KK (collectively Management companies in Japan).  The responsibilities include:

  • Book-keeping
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Update internal reporting systems (SAP & BPC)
  • Monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reporting to headquarter
  • Supporting Accounting firms preparing tax filings
  • Cash management
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Analysis of financial data
  • Other headquarter reporting requirements

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Accounting & Book-keeping of corporates
  • Business English Level – Mainly communication by email
  • >5 years of working experiences in Accounting & Finance

 

Preferred Skills

  • Reporting skills, attention to details, analytical skills, time and project management, data entry management, numerical competence, team-worker, self-starter & quick leaner
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Office
  • Preferably with basic knowledge of SAP system
