Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• PLC and Automation Fault Finding: Diagnosing and rectifying complex electrical, control, and automation system faults on time.

• Ensuring the availability, reliability and capability of relevant assets, including high-speed processing and packaging machinery.

• Monitor, follow up and address issues associated with the implementation and process of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.

• Continuous improvement of equipment and systems to enhance safety and throughput

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

• An electrical trade qualification and experience in industrial maintenance/repair, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment (Food/FMCG experience is highly regarded).

• Demonstrated skills in PLC fault diagnostics (Allen Bradley/Siemens) and VSD/HMI troubleshooting.

• Experience in maintaining heavy industrial machinery, conveyors, and complex processing systems.

• An understanding of work planning and scheduling procedures.

• Possess a thorough understanding of maintenance work management practices
