Key Accountabilities:
- Manages proper operation of the physical plant and all engineering facilities of the entire property in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintenance programme and operation schedule
- Deploys the repair and maintenance work, including liaison and coordination with contractor
- Submits monthly report on preventive maintenance in a timely manner
- Familiars with proper operation of the fire detection, alarm panel and BMS system
- Ensures safe working conditions and follows hotel’s policy and procedures
General Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity
- Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or above
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
