Senior Full Stack Engineer (Vue.js, React, or Angular and Node.js)

About the job

You'll join our Assets domain, where we're scaling up to support a growing range of use cases. You'll focus on building features, hardening existing systems, and scaling the platform to support emerging needs. The team works with strong goals and a good balance of product & engineering roadmap features. It keeps both our architecture and product development moving in sync.

You'll work closely with engineering peers, product managers, and architects to align on technical direction, drive implementation, and ensure high engineering standards. While you'll remain hands-on, a key part of your role will be guiding others through technical decisions, mentoring, and championing best practices. There's also room to contribute to other key domains such as Templating, Core Platform Engineering and Foundation, each focused on solving complex, high-impact challenges that support our scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship robust backend services and frontends with real product impact
• Ensure systems are scalable, performant and easy to maintain
• Collaborate across teams to integrate services and deliver end-to-end value
• Model business domains into clean, performant data structures
• Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices to help them grow
• Collaborate with other engineers and lead technical delivery on initiatives within a domain or project
• Lead by example in engineering excellence, pragmatism and shared ownership.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack products with TypeScript (and JavaScript)
• Strong backend development skills with Node.js
• Frontend experience with one or more modern frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular), and not tied to a specific stack
• Solid experience designing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Familiar with testing practices, performance tuning, and scalable design principles
• Proficient in data modeling and working with SQL/NoSQL databases
• You're proactive, results-driven, and excited to work in a fast-growing tech scale-up
• You're a strong team player who values collaboration and shared success

Nice to have:

• Built systems for secure, performant access at scale
• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD, DevOps, public cloud (like GCP)
• Experience with DAM systems, including versioning, metadata structures, and access control
