    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Planning, Finance, Global HQ, and other key stakeholders to align pricing with vehicle packaging, financial goals, and sales targets.
    • Represent pricing strategy in executive planning sessions, gate reviews, and readiness checkpoints.
    • Oversee valuation of advanced features and software-defined offerings, serving as the U.S. market voice for feature benchmarking and competitive analysis.
    • Mentor and develop a team of pricing managers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Support the development of pricing tools, dashboards, and governance frameworks to enhance transparency and decision-making.
    • Manage consulting engagements related to future pricing and strategic project execution.

You will have the authority to access all relevant cost, product specification, and planning data, and to recommend pricing levels based on forecasted volume, competitive practices, incentive strategies, margin targets, and revenue goals.
