We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support our daily operations and contribute to the efficiency of our organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes

- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
