This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day. Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth.

About the role

As an Underground Bogger operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of loaders and tele-remote boggers to transport waste rock and ore within the underground mining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bogging of development headings to stockpiles and haul trucks
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report faults
• Perform road works and manage spillage and sump bogging
• Maintain high standards of work quality and safety compliance
• Identify and escalate opportunities for operational efficiency
• Demonstrate strong safety leadership and environmental awareness

You will report directly to the Mining Shift Supervisor and collaborate with key stakeholders including the Underground Mine Foreman, Superintendent, Technical Services, Surveyors, and Maintenance teams.

About you

You are a safety-focused and experienced underground mining professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years’ underground mining experience
• At least 2 years’ loader operator experience
• Strong knowledge of general mine services and safe working procedures
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Manual adeptness and mechanical aptitude
• Working knowledge of JSA systems
