About the Role

Responsibilities:

* Design, proposal and administration of NPP Resarch area budget and CAPEX and contribute in strategic agenda to reach the company goals
* Enssure the attention of technical and strategic necessities of customers related with NPP products, training and capacitation
* Assure the continuos innovation and delivery of new NPP products, processes and solutions
* Enssure the optimal and efficient performance of the team, focus in results and go to market visón of the research team

Experience:

5 years of experience in R&D management, knowledge of regulatory procedures - product registration, chemical, biochemical, and biotechnological manufacturing processes, plant physiology and nutrition, organic and inorganic chemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, quality, and supply.
